Returns & Refunds
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and clear images of the product.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for items that are damaged or wrongly delivered. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain baby care items such as feeding products, teethers, brushes, and innerwear may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
